- Lead the control and coordinate the shift
- Dispatch security officers
- Follow incident SOP
- Answer phones, radio calls, emails and respond to walk-in inquiries
- Release keys to contractors
- Access authorization to contractors
- Creation of shift summaries and status reports
- Escalation of appropriate incidents
- Responding to alarms on the fireworks computer
- Review CCTV
- Operating and monitoring CCTV
- Monitoring of various alarm system
- Have a sound knowledge of Security technique
- Knowledge about computer systems in operation within the Control Room
- Understanding of all alarm systems
- Awareness of Building Management Systems (BMS)
