About the Role
We're looking for an energetic, grounded, and heart-centered
Cold Guide / Coach
to lead our contrast therapy sessions -- combining sauna and ice bath experiences that promote recovery, focus, and emotional balance.
You'll create a safe, uplifting, and inspiring atmosphere while guiding guests through breathing, mindset techniques, and cold exposure practices.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests and guide them through their sauna and ice bath journey with care and enthusiasm.
Create a comfortable and supportive environment that promotes connection, self-awareness, and calm.
Lead short breathwork or mindfulness moments to enhance the experience.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and smooth session flow throughout the experience.
Maintain the ambiance of the space (music, lighting, cleanliness, temperature).
Support operational needs and collaborate with the team to deliver seamless sessions.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and helping others grow.
Calm, confident energy and strong emotional awareness.
Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments.
CPR certified (or willing to obtain).
Availability for evenings and weekends.
