We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Management Executive to support day-to-day property management operations. The role primarily involves handling lease and contract renewals, coordinating communication between tenants and property owners, and resolving operational, contractual, and compliance-related issues. A background in law or legal studies will be considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process lease and contract renewals in a timely and accurate manner
Draft, review, and update tenancy agreements, amendments, and related documentation
Act as a primary point of contact for tenants and property owners regarding lease, maintenance, and policy-related matters
Resolve tenant and owner concerns professionally while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and legal advisors when required
Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with local tenancy laws
Assist with notices, move-ins, move-outs, and dispute resolution
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in property management, leasing, or contract administration is an asset
Legal background or familiarity with tenancy laws and regulations will be an added advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (preferred)
