Contracts & Commission Administrator



This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various software tools. The Contracts & Commission Administrator will play a vital role for ensuring that all our Life Insurance advisors are contracted with the Insurance companies properly and will ensure that their compensation is set up correctly. The Administrator will also ensure that the insurance advisors are licensed and will be required to resolve any licensing and contracting issues. Ideal candidate would have 2 to 5 years of experience in the Life Insurance Industry. An LLQP certification would be an asset. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal departments and advisors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required for document preparation and reporting.

Duties:- Initiate, Organize and Complete contracts and related documentation.- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and deadlines

- Processing Advisor Commissions for Insurance and investments.

- Must ensure that management and brokers receive their compensation statements from various insurance companies.

- Submitting invoices, sending out agent T4A , managing debit balance report.

- Handling compensation related issues.

- Other administrative duties as required by management.

- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for contract administration- Ensure advisors are licensed.- Other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Skills:

- Proficiency in using Apexa for Contracting

- Experience with using Virtgate/wealthserve software is an asset

- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contract administration

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Please note: This is an in person position. The chosen candidate will be working out of our Mississauga office ( Monday to Friday) from 9 am to 6 pm.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
