Job Description

Progesys Inc. is a recognized firm offering complete solutions for project management and transition to operations. The company has been based in Laval (Canada) since 2002 and has offices in the United States, the Middle East, Asia, and Brazil.

Progesys is currently looking for a Contracts Administrator to monitor projects' budgets, expenses, payment terms and other financial obligations for a project in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records and filing system in Salesforce and SharePoint for future contracts, agreements and purchase orders
  • Develop and send weekly timesheet records for clients when requested
  • Create and send projects' budgets to Project Directors
  • Develop other reports related to projects, assignments, timecards, etc.
  • Create regular status reports regarding progress on projects
  • Open projects, assignments and create budgets on Salesforce
  • Other duties as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration and /or management
  • 5+ years prior experience in a contract administration role or a related field
  • Knowledge of contract law, accounting principles and finance
  • Superior attention to details
  • Previous experience in customer service and strong communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills mainly Excel and reporting skills
  • Able to work productively independently and as part of a team
