This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Contracting & Licensing team of Wholesale Distribution. What your will do?

• Receive and review advisor contracting documents
• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure that advisors are screened accordingly
• Establish advisors in EIM/M2 systems
• Respond to all inquiries and maintain personal data for all advisors.
• Ensure all licensing requirements are met and ensure no commission payments are made to unlicensed advisors.
• Communicate the rules and regulations pertaining to Sun Life processes to our back-office contacts
• Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
• Bilingualism (French, English) required- interactions with English-speaking customers or partners

What you need to succeed:

• University degree or College Diploma in Business
• 1 year’s experience in a procurement operations/contract operation
• Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred skills:

• Excellent communication skills (French and English)
• Ability to learn quickly, well organized, attention to detail and takes accountability
• Ability to prioritize when handling high work volumes
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
