Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Governance and Assurance, the Contract Support Assistant is responsible for providing a variety of highly detailed administrative functions in a fast-paced high- volume environment across Commercial Management related to post award contract administration activities and administrative duties to assist in the overall management/administration of the Department.

The Contract Support Assistant plays a key role in supporting Commercial Management operations and ensuring the efficient preparation and processing of contract and vendor documentation.



The selected incumbent will have a strong focus on accuracy, communication, and organizational agility and contributes to the smooth delivery of post-award processes across multiple systems and platforms.



In addition to the above you will promote a respectful work and service environment that supports diversity, inclusion, and is free from harassment and discrimination. Provides leadership in the development and implementation of inclusive and accessible policies, programs and/or services for employees and customers in accordance with TTC's commitments and obligations under the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC) and Related Orders, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and TTC's policies and participate in the TTC's Customer Service Ambassador Program.

Education and Experience

A University Degree or College Diploma in a related discipline, or a combination of education, training, and experience deemed to be equivalent. Good knowledge of modern office and remote working practices and procedures in an environment involving the completion of numerous and various tasks within specified deadlines. Must be proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and have worked with platforms such as SAP or Oracle, Contract Management System (CMS), IFS, SharePoint, Time Machine and Focus Use office technology, software and applications Sound judgement; excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Good oral and written communication skills, and analytical ability for the purpose of obtaining, and interpreting the accuracy and completeness of data provided.
