Support housing and community projects by providing accurate quotes, sourcing materials, and coordinating logistics.
Stay current on local building codes, funding programs, and permit requirements.
Attend meetings, bid openings, and community site visits as required.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, proposals, and project timelines.
Work with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Resolve issues quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Represent the company at Indigenous business events, trade shows, and community functions.
What You Bring
Proven success managing contractor or commercial accounts, ideally in lumber and building materials.
Experience working with Indigenous governments, housing departments, or band-managed projects.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Understanding of construction products, estimating, and quoting processes.
High level of cultural awareness, professionalism, and integrity.
Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quoting/POS systems.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Alberta.
