Responsibilities

Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatments and patient progress Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures, answer questions, and provide health advice Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and confidentiality standards in accordance with regulatory guidelines Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements

Valid registration as a Massage Therapist (RMT) with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to clinical practice Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate approach toward clients Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Prior experience working in a healthcare or clinical environment is preferred but not mandatory Commitment to maintaining professional standards and ongoing learning in the field
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

Work Location: In person
