About the Project

Dancing Bear Inc. is hiring a

Journeyman Plumber

for a short-term government renovation project at the Nunavut Arctic College residence in Cambridge Bay, NU (Project CT2025-05).

Project Duration:

2-3 weeks

Start Date:

August 11, 2025

Scope Includes:

Installing pre-insulated HDPE waterlines (6" and 3") with heat-trace Interior plumbing renovations in a residence Pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning Coordination with other trades on site

Key Details

Independent contractor position Submit your daily rate along with your application and resume Travel, accommodation, and cargo expenses will be reimbursed Airfare can also be booked by the General Contractor, if preferred Materials will be flown into Cambridge Bay Work plans will be provided to shortlisted applicants

Requirements

Journeyman Plumber certification (Red Seal preferred) Experience with HDPE piping and heat fusion (asset) Ability to read mechanical/plumbing drawings Must be eligible to work in Canada
