The Contract Management Senior Specialist . The work location for this position is Burnaby, British Columbia, and is eligible for hybrid work.


The Opportunity:

The representative effectively and efficiently interfaces with internal and external customers.

In this role you\xe2\x80\x99ll:

  • Communicates effectively and coordinates with all parties involved in the transaction.

  • Refers all negotiations with respect to contracts to the appropriate Account Manager and coordinates all addendums to existing contracts.

  • Accurate and timely completion of document generation by lender and delivery of documents to our customers

  • Audits existing contracts and oversees contract modifications and deficiencies to submit to our Lenders for funding

  • Manages workflow on a priority basis with respect to the status of contracts for management

  • Participate & conduct in special projects and additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Adheres to existing RBFS policies and procedures while identifying potential improvements to manage risk better

  • Provides training to new hires

  • Becomes the Subject Matter Expert for outlier lenders, effectively completing their onboarding, document generation, audit, modifications, and submission to lenders for funding

  • Keeps funding facts and lender profiles up to date by participating in regularly scheduled calls with lenders

  • Covers in the absence of the Team Lead for Ageing report, Gathering pick-up details from auction sites, peer support, and escalations.

  • Technological knowledge of MS word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, contract management, and/or loan application software.

  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform in high-pressure situations to meet tight deadlines

  • Exhibits strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

  • Displays exceptional time management skills.

  • Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with little supervision.

  • Possesses strong financial services knowledge

  • Displays excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships

  • Has working knowledge of financial analytics and profit and loss implications.
