Arcadis IBI Group is seeking an Intermediate Contract Administrator to become a vital part of our team in managing and performing site reviews for residential high-rise projects through the construction phase. Working with senior staff, you will be responsible for attending site meetings, conducting site reviews and liaising with and coordinating with stakeholders, as well as managing daily site activities and requests from Owner, Contractor and consultant design team. Other duties and responsibilities would involve responding to Contractor's requests, reviewing and processing of Shop Drawings, handling Request for Information, issuance of Supplemental Site Instructions, Change Notices, Change Orders and Payment Certification. This person would be responsible for making decisions on site as well as liaising with the office project architect.
