The incumbent will join the Supply chain department which ensures coverage of technological, innovation and development projects for both our NAPA stores (600) and the distribution centers of our two divisions NAPA (9) and TW (6) across Canada. Day after day, the different delivery teams work closely together to ensure the success of the company. As part of this effort, the Operational Excellence team whose mandate is to implement the principles and methodology of continuous improvement in all areas of operations and logistics. More specifically, to identify, develop, optimize and implement best practices and business processes with the objective of achieving operational excellence in both stores and warehouses. The objective is to create opportunities and solutions for sustainable improvement that are profitable for the company. In order to perfect this team, we would like to add a specialist who will complement our vision of continuous improvement by bringing their knowledge, expertise, advice and especially their contribution to the multiple projects.



Le titulaire joindra le d\xc3\xa9partement de la chaine d\xe2\x80\x99approvisionnement qui assure une couverture de projets technologiques, d\xe2\x80\x99innovation, de d\xc3\xa9veloppement \xc3\xa0 la fois pour nos magasins NAPA (600) et les centres de distribution de nos deux divisions NAPA (9) et TW (6) et ce \xc3\xa0 travers le Canada. Jour apr\xc3\xa8s jour, les diff\xc3\xa9rentes \xc3\xa9quipes de livraison travaillent en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration pour assurer le succ\xc3\xa8s de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise. Dans ce cadre, l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe d\xe2\x80\x99excellence op\xc3\xa9rationnelle dont le mandat est d\xe2\x80\x99implanter les principes et la m\xc3\xa9thodologie d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration continue dans l\xe2\x80\x99ensemble des sph\xc3\xa8res touchant les op\xc3\xa9rations et la logistique. Plus sp\xc3\xa9cifiquement, identifier, d\xc3\xa9velopper, optimiser et implanter les meilleures pratiques et processus d\xe2\x80\x99affaires dans l\xe2\x80\x99objectif d\xe2\x80\x99atteindre l\xe2\x80\x99excellence op\xc3\xa9rationnelle tant en magasin qu\xe2\x80\x99en entrep\xc3\xb4t. L\xe2\x80\x99objectif est de cr\xc3\xa9er des opportunit\xc3\xa9s et solutions d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration durable qui soient profitables pour l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise. \xc3\x80 fin de parfaire cette \xc3\xa9quipe, nous souhaitons ajouter un sp\xc3\xa9cialiste qui saura compl\xc3\xa9ter notre vision d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration continue, en apportant son savoir, son expertise, ses conseils et surtout sa contribution dans les multiples projets.

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

• University degree combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the delivery of continuous improvement projects;
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, problem solving, Six Sigma\xe2\x80\xa6);
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (an asset);
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• Travel within Canada (50%).

Pour vous joindre \xc3\xa0 notre \xc3\xa9quipe, il faut, entre autres :

• Dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire jumel\xc3\xa9 avec un minimum de 5 ann\xc3\xa9es d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience, dont 3 minimalement en livraison de projets en am\xc3\xa9lioration continue;
• Poss\xc3\xa9der de fortes connaissances des m\xc3\xa9thodologies d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration continue (Lean, r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8me, Six Sigma\xe2\x80\xa6);
• Connaissance des m\xc3\xa9thodologies de gestion de projet (un atout);
• Excellente ma\xc3\xaetrise de MS Office;
• D\xc3\xa9placements au Canada (50%).
