A day in the life as a Continuous Improvement Specialist:

• Lead Green Belt projects.
• Engage with project stakeholders including executives, subject matter experts, team members etc. to manage stakeholder expectations and requirements.
• Coach employees on the Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Assist Project Leaders with creating change management plans for various projects.
• Supports the organization in providing a positive Westoba Member & Employee Experience
• Support the Manager, PMO&CI in achieving department goals & objectives, and delivery of approved strategic projects.

What you bring to the table:

• Post-Secondary diploma or degree in Business.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Prosci Change Management (considered an asset)
• Two or three years of equivalent experience is preferred.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered assets.

• A forward-thinker with a can-do attitude who can adapt to any situation.
• A go-getter who is not afraid to take on new challenges.
• A high-energy individual who likes variety and who can get things done.
