A day in the life as a Continuous Improvement Specialist:
Lead Green Belt projects.
Engage with project stakeholders including executives, subject matter experts, team members etc. to manage stakeholder expectations and requirements.
Coach employees on the Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Assist Project Leaders with creating change management plans for various projects.
Supports the organization in providing a positive Westoba Member & Employee Experience
Support the Manager, PMO&CI in achieving department goals & objectives, and delivery of approved strategic projects.
What you bring to the table:
Post-Secondary diploma or degree in Business.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Prosci Change Management (considered an asset)
Two or three years of equivalent experience is preferred.
A combination of education and experience may be considered assets.
A forward-thinker with a can-do attitude who can adapt to any situation.
A go-getter who is not afraid to take on new challenges.
A high-energy individual who likes variety and who can get things done.
