Fortune 1000 food manufacturer seeking CI Manager in Atlanta, GA. High level of autonomy and growth potential in a large organization! The Right Fit Should Have:
- 3+ years of Manufacturing Lean experience
- High energy & a Go to Gemba mentality. Must be a people 1st leader!
- Bachelor\'s degree (Engineering preferred, other degrees will be considered)
- Project management capabilities
- Ability to tie lean results back to the P&L, using multiple CI tools to generate cost-savings and operational improvements
- Prefer exposure in food manufacturing environment, or other closely related industry (consumer goods/packaging)
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement in a the facility
- Engage on the shop floor to communicate how improvements will be good for employees
- Ensure lean execution drives results for customers and stakeholders, connecting results to the KPIs and P&L
- Bring lean expertise to operations and other leaders, teaching & coaching local teams
- Assist with technical projects, and optimizing layout.
Compensation:
- $95-120k base salary, 10% bonus
- Full benefits package
