Who We Are Looking For:
As the Continuing Education Administrator at the Fredericton Campus, you will play a pivotal role in the administration of Continuing Education course delivery. Reporting to the Director of Continuing Education & Program Development, the Continuing Education Administrator will coordinate the successful delivery of various Continuing Education courses. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, ability to multi-task and client focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively and effectively with the Director of Continuing Education & Program Development and the Administration Team.
Administer and manage course preparation, course advertising, process applications, coordinate payments and distribute course certificates.
Liaise with contract course instructors on course schedules and delivery.
Maintain a database of course inquiries and training opportunities.
Maintain and update course announcements on the MCFT Continuing Education website.
Obtain quotes on related costs for course delivery.
Administer Continuing Education email account and respond to inquiries.
Coordinate and facilitate course delivery and associated logistics.
In-province and out-of-province travel required from time to time.
Provide support to the Administration Team when required.
Perform other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Post-secondary Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
2 years' experience working in a similar role.
Written and spoken competence in English and French is required.
Must have a valid NB Driver's license.

Additional Strengths:
Diploma and or Degree in Forestry, Biology, Environmental Science, Natural Resources or related field.
Experience working in digital desktop publishing.
Operational Requirements:
A Criminal Record Check and a Vulnerable Sector Check are required prior to appointment.
