As a

Content Designer Co-op

, you'll help bring our products and marketing to life through clear, thoughtful writing. Whether someone is applying for a credit card, managing their bank account, or exploring a new campaign page, your work will help them feel informed and confident every step of the way.


You'll support our content team by contributing to both in-product content (like FAQs, error messages, and tooltips) and marketing content (such as web pages and SEO copy). Your words will shape the user experience and reflect our brand's voice.

What You'll Do



Collaborate with senior content designers to write and refine in-product content, including tooltips, error messages, and onboarding flows Conduct audits, identify audits and report findings and participate in brainstorming sessions to design the best content experiences Support marketing content creation, such as website copy, campaign pages, and SEO content, while maintaining a consistent tone of voice Participate in content reviews with stakeholders and apply revisions for improvement Join weekly design critiques to review work, provide feedback, and present your content for team input Help inform content strategy by participating in user testing and analyzing how users interact with and respond to content Ensure all content meets AODA Level A/AA accessibility standards Consult with internal SEO experts to apply best practices, making sure content is discoverable through search engines

What You'll Bring



Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to content writing, UX writing, communications, marketing, or digital media. A portfolio/work samples that demonstrate strong writing ability, with examples of marketing and, UX content A collaborative mindset and openness to learning, incorporating feedback, and iterating on your work Experience with content management systems (CMS) and knowledge in design tools like FIGMA and MIRO Genuine curiosity about how users interact with language in digital products, and the desire to improve those experiences A strong sense of structure and attention to detail, with an understanding that small word choices make a big impact

Additional Experience



Coursework or certifications in UX, Product content design, or SEO Exposure to design thinking, accessibility standards (AODA), or usability testing Fluency in French Knowledge of AI tools related content creation
