About the Role
This is not a traditional social media manager or content strategist role.
We're looking for a Content Producer & Operator - someone who can take rough ideas and turn them into published content fast, across email, LinkedIn, and X, then actively engage with the audience.
You'll be given raw inputs (voice notes, bullet points, rough outlines). Your job is to execute, ship consistently, and keep momentum going.
This role is for builders who obsess over shipping fast, iterating in real time, and turning execution into measurable results.
What You'll Do
Content Execution
Turn rough ideas (voice notes, bullets, outlines) into: LinkedIn posts, X posts / threads, Email drafts
Write, format, and schedule content across platforms
Adapt content to be platform-native
Content Creation
Create simple supporting assets: Basic visuals (Canva / Figma); Short-form videos (CapCut, Descript, or similar), Carousels or simple graphics when useful
Engagement & Distribution
Reply to comments and DMs thoughtfully
Like/comment on relevant conversations
Flag interesting conversations, feedback, or opportunities
