Blender is a full-service digital agency specializing in website design and digital marketing for publicly traded companies. In the last decade we have worked with over 600 clients providing digital strategy, design, development, and marketing campaign management.

About the Role



This is not a traditional social media manager or content strategist role.

We're looking for a Content Producer & Operator - someone who can take rough ideas and turn them into published content fast, across email, LinkedIn, and X, then actively engage with the audience.

You'll be given raw inputs (voice notes, bullet points, rough outlines). Your job is to execute, ship consistently, and keep momentum going.

This role is for builders who obsess over shipping fast, iterating in real time, and turning execution into measurable results.

What You'll Do



Content Execution



Turn rough ideas (voice notes, bullets, outlines) into: LinkedIn posts, X posts / threads, Email drafts Write, format, and schedule content across platforms Adapt content to be platform-native

Content Creation



Create simple supporting assets: Basic visuals (Canva / Figma); Short-form videos (CapCut, Descript, or similar), Carousels or simple graphics when useful

Engagement & Distribution



Reply to comments and DMs thoughtfully Like/comment on relevant conversations Flag interesting conversations, feedback, or opportunities

You don't need perfect instructions You ask clarifying questions, then run If something's broken, you fix it

Speed & Bias to Action



You ship drafts quickly You're comfortable being ~80% right and iterating You value momentum over perfection

Tool Fluency



You can quickly figure out tools like:

Canva or Figma CapCut or Descript Notion / Google Docs Scheduling tools AI tools for drafting, visuals, or repurposing

Platform Awareness



You understand why a post works on LinkedIn but not on X You think in hooks, formats, and engagement not generic value

Required Skills



Must-Have



Clear written communication Basic visual sense Comfort posting and engaging publicly Ability to self-direct and prioritize

Light video editing Meme / internet literacy Email formatting Basic analytics awareness

Marketing degree Big-brand or agency background "Strategy" or management experience
