We\'re hiring a Content Marketing Specialist (SEO) to help us transform the insurance industry to be more affordable and transparent for all.

What will you be responsible for?

• Content Strategy Development: develop comprehensive content strategies based on thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to align with objectives and drive overall business growth.

• Oversee Content: you\'ll manage the content cycle from idea to publishing. You\'ll coordinate with content teams, maintain quality standards, and streamline content management using creative and analytical skills for SEO optimization.

• Enhance SEO optimization: You will be responsible for integrating SEO optimization to our content as advised by our technical team. This includes optimizing meta tags, effective keyword utilization, structured headings, schema markup, strategic internal linking, and other key on-page elements to boost our website\'s search engine performance.

• Report & Analyze: you\'ll own SEO reporting, tracking metrics like traffic and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush. Provide clear reports to leadership.

• Stay Current: you\'ll keep up-to-date with SEO trends including AI and algorithm changes, and integrate these into our strategies to stay competitive.

Do you have what it takes?

• You have 3-5 years of experience and have successfully managed content at a high-growth company before.

• You have strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.

• You have written and oral communication skills in English. Written and oral communication skills in French are a plus.

• You have good SEO technical skills and master tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Google Search Console.

• You have excellent time management and organizational skills.
