About the Role Salary: 60-65K CAD based on experience Location: Hybrid Interviews will be conducted via video conference. Our office is located in Oakville, ON. Working directly with the Marketing Manager the Content Marketing Specialist will be the primary creator of advertising media for the company. They will be responsible for both the copy and graphics  Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to ensure excellent service standards.
• Resolve customer requests that you are accountable for with appropriate solutions. 
• Interface with other parts of the organization, as needed.
• Respond to customers within target SLAs.
• Effectively manage incoming calls, chats, and tickets simultaneously.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with our customers.
• Have a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently within a team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have a High School diploma (or equivalent).
• Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications).
• Able to work with multiple screens and systems concurrently.
• Call Center experience is an asset, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Empathetic, responsive, and resourceful.
