As a Content Marketing Manager on our website team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy and elevating our brand presence. You will be responsible for developing content based on our marketing objectives, audience needs, and content strategy. You\'ll work closely with team members to bring meaningful content experiences to life that grab the attention of key business-decision makers in the adtech space. Your work will be instrumental in supporting marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, brand storytelling, lead generation, and client retention.

What you\'ll be doing

  • Support the team in the development and implementation of a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives, audience needs and market trends.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital formats including blog, landing pages, long-form guides, case studies, web pages, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and to leverage insights for content planning and optimization.
  • Leverage keyword research, competitive insights, SEO best practices, audience data, and website user behaviour to identify content gaps, topics, and website optimization efforts.
  • Work closely with the SEO agency to optimize content for better visibility and ranking.
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Proofread, revise, and edit materials for grammar, tone, and style.
  • Analyze content performance metrics, and use insights to improve content strategy and execution.
  • Assist the content team with preparing monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Support the team with the uploading, publishing, approvals, and maintenance of content in the CMS (WordPress).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in MarTech and AdTech.
  • Coordinate with external agencies as needed.
What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing within the B2B, digital advertising, marketing or technology sector.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content (articles, blogs, landing pages, long-form, web pages, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop content strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
