On a day-to-day basis, we develop, produce and market non-destructive testing devices: sensors, probes, robotic solutions, etc., as well as the necessary operating software. Our instruments have applications in a variety of industries, including oil & gas, aerospace and nuclear.


Are you up for a challenge in the world of high-tech? We\'d love to have you on board! Eddyfi Technologies is looking for a Content Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team.


Your daily life: As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in implementing and supporting marketing strategies in their specific area of specialty, which may include content marketing, social media, communications, product marketing, digital marketing, e-learning and/or events. You will manage projects related to the relevant specialty, supporting product launches and marketing campaigns by planning, coordinate and supply all necessary elements. In addition, you will conduct market research to provide information for strategic initiatives, draft various marketing and communication materials, and participate in regular reporting. You will require great attention to detail, excellent coordination skills and the ability to contribute effectively to overall marketing efforts.

In this role, you will:

  • Execute marketing and advertising initiatives in accordance with strategic plans established by the Marketing Manager for the specific marketing activity;
  • Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget;
  • Collaborate with in-house agency to create marketing materials and content related to the specific marketing activity, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives;
  • Conduct market research on trends, demographics, pricing strategies and other relevant information to inform initiatives specific to the marketing activity;
  • Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of initiatives in the context of the marketing activity, identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, content and lead generation;
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to align with marketing activity initiatives and objectives, and report progress and results to the Marketing Manager;
  • Maintain brand standards within the marketing activity and ensure consistency with the company-wide brand;
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives;
  • Work closely with team members in other departments to align objectives and strategies across the organization;
  • Coordinate content deliverables according to publishing schedule;
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and creatives to create engaging and valuable content such as blogs, application notes, e-books, white papers, etc. and ensure that content is aligned with campaign objectives;
  • Deploy and monitor email campaigns with lead-based personalization using new and revised marketing assets;
  • Optimize content for different channels and target audiences to maximize reach and engagement;
  • Swiftly pivot campaigns when needed and makes suggestions to position the company for success in achieving the desired marketing results;
  • Monitor, analyze and report on brand and content performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement.


What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For:
  • You have a bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or related field;
  • You have three to five years\' relevant experience in a B2B technology environment, including managing and implementing marketing projects;
  • You can demonstrate experience or ability in your respective marketing specialty;
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, bilingual in French preferred;
  • You can pay attention to details and be rigorous;
  • You have a problem-solving approach / "let\'s make it happen" attitude;
  • You have a good team spirit and you have the ability to work independently and with remote collaborators in a fast-paced environment;
  • You have a sharp judgment, professionalism and thoroughness;
  • You have the ability to manage priorities and you have excellent organizational skills;
  • You can be flexible and versatile in the face of changing prioritie;
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Office technology and suite;
  • You have knowledge of non-destructive testing markets and applications (major asset);
  • You have experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday, MS Project (strong asset);
  • You have experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, etc. (asset).
