Position: Content Manager/Videographer
Location: Downtown Toronto - Hybrid
Salary: Hourly - Based on experience
Job Type: Freelance to start, potential to go permanentWe are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Manager/Videographer on a freelance basis to manage and enhance our real estate client\'s Social Media (YouTube and Instagram). The ideal candidate will handle content scheduling, optimization, engagement, and strategy development to boost the client\'s online presence and drive engagement in the real estate sector.Please Note: This is a freelance opportunity with flexible hours each week (10-15 hours). Videography experience is also required to support video production as needed.Responsibilities:- Schedule and post edited videos while optimizing titles, subjects, thumbnails, and keywords
- Create Reels/Shorts from long-form content to highlight key real estate trends and properties
- Providing support with video filing and editing as needed.
- Develop and maintain a custom Excel content calendar for regular and strategic content posting.
- Manage YouTube advertising, including cross-posting from other platforms or running YouTube ads
- Brainstorm new content ideas and editing styles to enhance the channel\'s appeal within the market
- Improve hashtag usage and copywriting to reach potential clients and investorsRequirements:- 1-2 years of experience managing YouTube and Instagram channels
- Previous experience in videography, video editing, and content creation, with a portfolio to showcase prior work
- Familiarity with social media advertising, including targeted ads and cross-posting
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop and implement innovative content ideas and editing style
