Content + Team Flow Manager Job Overview

Hey! We're looking for someone wildly creative and beautifully organized, someone who can think ahead, anticipate what's needed, and help keep the content and the team flowing smoothly for Kavita Ajwani, dating expert and founder of Dashing Date.

You'll get to:

Own the short-form content strategy from hooks ? Reels ? posting Direct shoots and edit content that's fun, scroll-stopping, and shareable Design carousels, stories, and testimonials that actually get engagement on IG Repurpose content across TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn Lead the team (VAs, freelancers) so everything runs seamlessly
You bring:

A portfolio of short-form content you're proud of Copy + storytelling chops that stop the scroll Trend-savvy, audience-smart, and obsessed with retention Tools skills: CapCut, FCP, Adobe Suite, Canva, Frame.io, Dropbox, Meta Business Suite Energy, independence, and a love of owning projects
Where you are:

Montreal is ideal, but Ottawa/Toronto works too
