We're on the lookout for a creative, detail-loving, and social-media-obsessed

Content Creator / Content Lead

to join our growing team.

If brainstorming content ideas lights you up, and you know how to turn those ideas into scroll-stopping videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Xiaohongshu--this might be the role for you.

You'll be working hand-in-hand with our strategy and video teams to craft engaging, trend-aware content for local businesses, KOLs, and our in-house projects. From concept to execution, you'll play a key role in making content that actually performs.

What You'll Do:

Come up with content ideas across multiple platforms (IG, TikTok, XHS, and more) Write video scripts, captions, and shot lists for short-form content Plan and direct shoots with our editors and videographers Keep content calendars and campaigns running smoothly with the strategy team Lead the visual direction for content--think cover photos, trending transitions, and visual flow Look at performance numbers and tweak ideas based on what's working Communicate with clients and creators to nail the brand's tone and message Work closely with editors to shape pacing, transitions, and creative angles Occasionally jump in to do light edits or quick reels using apps like CapCut or InShot

? What We're Looking For:

1+ year of experience in social media content or production Confident writing for short-form platforms (XHS, Reels, TikTok, etc.) A natural at spotting trends, hooks, and storytelling angles Comfortable giving creative direction during shoots Strong grasp of what makes social-first video work: from hooks to pacing to thumbnails Super organized, communicates well, and pays attention to detail Flexible and open to feedback in a fast-changing content world

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience working in beauty, fashion, food, or wellness content Background in copywriting or branding Familiar with how algorithms work and what drives engagement Know your way around Canva or basic design tools Managed other creators or freelancers before

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
