About the Role
We're looking for a
creative, trend-savvy Content & Community Creator
who knows how to make content that converts and connects.
You're equal parts
storyteller, strategist, and social butterfly
-- one minute filming a scroll-stopping TikTok, the next collaborating with an influencer, engaging with fans in comments, or crafting an ad that makes people click "add to cart."
You'll work closely with our Growth and Marketing teams to produce content that fuels brand love, drives engagement, and amplifies Yumi's voice across every channel -- from social to ads to influencer collabs.
If you're fluent in hooks, visuals, memes, and A/B testing -- and you love using AI tools to create faster, smarter, and bolder -- this role was made for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Social, Content & Community
Create
thumb-stopping video, photo, and copy
for TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Own Yumi's social presence
-- plan, post, and manage our content calendar while keeping our feeds vibrant, timely, and authentic.
Prepare newsletter and blog content that supports SEO initiatives.
Engage with our community
daily: reply to comments and DMs, share UGC, and spark conversations that build brand love.
Stay ahead of
social and cultural trends
, using them to keep Yumi's content fun, human, and scroll-worthy.
Capture and edit short-form lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content that feels organic and relatable.
Use
AI tools
(ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, etc.) to brainstorm ideas, enhance workflows, and scale creativity.
Influencer & Partnership Content
Collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand partners to produce
authentic, high-performing content
.
Source, brief, and coordinate
UGC and influencer content
, ensuring alignment with brand tone and campaign goals.
Manage
content partnerships
-- from co-branded campaigns and giveaways to product seeding and creator collaborations.
Repurpose influencer and partnership content into ads, emails, and organic social posts that drive performance.
Analyze influencer content performance and community response to refine future collaborations.
Performance & Ad Creative
Partner with the Digital Marketing Growth Manager to create
high-converting ad assets
for Meta, TikTok, and Google.
A/B test hooks, visuals, and CTAs to improve performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, conversions).
Use creative data and social insights to evolve content strategy and maximize reach and ROI.
Campaigns & Brand Initiatives
Concept, produce, and publish content for
product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
(e.g., new flavors, back-to-school, holidays).
Support
retail and digital marketing
initiatives -- from influencer collabs to event content and email storytelling.
Ensure all content reflects current campaign messaging, brand visuals, and Yumi's personality.
Retail & Marketing Support
Design and update
sell sheets, trade decks, and retail marketing materials
that excite partners.
Create visuals for
sampling events, in-store activations, and retailer launches
that bring digital buzz to life.
What You Bring
2-4 years of experience in
content creation, social media, or influencer marketing
(CPG or food industry = big plus).
A
portfolio
with examples of branded storytelling, short-form video, and conversion-focused content.
Strong understanding of
social platforms, trends, and creator culture.
Hands-on experience with
influencer partnerships and UGC sourcing.
Proficiency with
Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut
, and creative
AI tools
(ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
Analytical mindset with knowledge of
digital ad performance metrics
(CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPM).
Killer copywriting instincts, strong aesthetics, and an obsession with detail.
Self-starter energy -- you love testing, learning, and collaborating with passionate people.
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with
Shopify or CMS platforms
to update creative assets and landing pages.
Photography or motion design experience.
Background in
UGC, ambassador, or influencer management.
Passion for
food, wellness, and creativity
