On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.
The role: Content creation & Social media Specialist
Location: fully remote (must live somewhere in Canada)
Our client, an established and fast-growing travel company founded in 1967, is seeking a passionate and experienced Content creation & Social media Specialist to join their team. As a well-established global organization, the company has the resources and stability to support continued growth while maintaining its focus on creating highly personalized travel experiences.
The company operates across two divisions: unique Canadian journeys and custom FIT European adventures.
If you believe in the power of storytelling to shape how people see a place - and you're passionate about regenerative travel, Canadian communities, and digital creativity - this might be the role for you.
You'll help execute the content strategy across this award-winning travel organization and also support their publishing division. From writing weekly emails and formatting blog posts to turning longform stories into shortform social content, you'll bring their brand voice to life and share the stories that matter.
You'll work alongside their Content Director to deliver thoughtful, inspiring, and educational content rooted in community, culture, and connection. You'll also contribute to campaigns they co-create with aligned tourism and purpose-driven partners.
Who we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role within the travel industry
• Strong writing skills (blogs, newsletters, captions)
• Highly organized, proactive, and digitally fluent
• Experience managing multi-channel content calendars
• Comfortable working within an editorial voice
• Curious about how AI can enhance storytelling
• Passionate about Canadian travel and storytelling with purpose
• Remote (Canada-based)

Compensation:

• Base salary range of $70-75k based on experience and interview performance
• Additional annual performance bonus
