Position Overview

We're looking for a creative and organized

Content Capture Specialist

to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves being behind the camera, capturing authentic moments, and showcasing the beauty of the spa experience. You'll be responsible for filming and photographing treatments, events, and brand visuals -- then providing raw content to our marketing team for editing and posting.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photos and videos of spa services, staff, and client experiences (with consent). Record behind-the-scenes footage, product features, and lifestyle content aligned with Damara's brand aesthetic. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent visual storytelling and brand alignment. Attend on-site events, product launches, and promotional activations to document content. Organize and transfer raw content promptly to the marketing manager for editing and publication. Occasionally assist in creative planning for social campaigns or seasonal promotions. Maintain discretion and professionalism while filming in active spa environments.

Qualifications

Experience with photography, videography, or social media content creation. Comfortable capturing vertical video content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Basic knowledge of lighting, composition, and mobile or DSLR camera use. Strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling -- especially in wellness, beauty, or hospitality settings. Excellent organization and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a small team. Availability for flexible scheduling, including occasional evenings or weekends during events.

Compensation

Hourly rate based on experience. Hybrid position with flexibility to work partially from home (content uploading, coordination, etc.). Spa service and product perks.
