  • Content creation for newsletter, e-cards and landing pages for awareness, performance, partnerships and loyalty campaigns
  • Interface with the brands and e-commerce teams to define and prioritize messages in these formats.
  • Support the campaigns creation from a creative point of view
  • Create offer pages, content pages and other relevant communications on all.com and other brand sites, if necessary.
  • Make improvements in content, titles, images, formats, among others, on the websites, according to the needs detected, aiming at improving the SEO performance and keeping it up to date
  • Participate in agenda meetings to define e-mail marketing communications, as well as create an editorial e-mail calendar.
  • Align communications with the loyalty area, to ensure cohesive communication with the customer.
  • Alignments with the Central team.
  • Create briefings and validate the agency\xc2\xb4s activities.
  • Actively participate in meetings related to content production and results.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in communications under your responsibility and in joint work with other areas of Marketing.
  • Management of the social media metworks (All North America)
Qualifications
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Marketing / E-Commerce
  • College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism and similar degrees.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, knowledge of Google My Business, experience using Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Experience using CMS platforms as HOD, ABE, Wise, Noheto, Ektron, Wordpress.
  • Open minded, Customer oriented, Communication, Team work, Business improvement.
