As a Consultant – Sales and Marketing, you will:
  • Analyze Sales and Marketing functions and make specific recommendations for improvement across people, process, and technology
  • Analyze and recommend programs to improve sales and marketing effectiveness, including organization design, territory management, strategic account management, opportunity management and prospecting
  • Develop strategies and plans to address growth challenges for mid market entrepreneurs
  • Recommend and define ABM campaigns. Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to define the ABM strategy and build relevant programs and nurturing processes
  • Strategize, build, and recommend integrated campaigns that will create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities
  • Recommend and implement marketing/sales tech stack to support the roll-out of programs including marketing automation systems and customer relationship management systems to execute, track, measure and manage programs
  • Test and improve programs and measure effectiveness to accelerate pipeline growth and close leads faster
What we are looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Inside Sales, Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, or Lead Gen role
  • B2B marketing/sales experience (software as a service or professional services is a plus)
  • Knowledge and experience with MarTech Stack, customer relationship management (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation systems (e.g. Hubspot)
  • Knowledge of the sales process, demand funnel and B2B lead management best practices
  • Savvy at communicating and managing relationships both internally and with clients
  • Experience or desire to work at a start up, a small company, or in a fast-paced environment is preferred
  • Entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and adaptable
  • Must be able to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to effectively generate, execute and report on marketing programs
  • Proven track record of execution on sales programs marketing campaigns, including planning, project management, reporting and results
