What you will do

We are seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our Advisory, Management Consulting team as a Consultant Intern/Co-op starting in January 2024 to April 2024 and Full time Consultant working in our Management Consulting practice in Montreal. You will have the opportunity to work across industries to take on challenging and groundbreaking projects. From analyzing and assessing business processes to improving client performance, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be building strong relationships with our people and developing professional skills that will help set you up for success.

Enterprise Solution - Oracle

KPMG\xe2\x80\x99s Enterprise Solutions teams help client teams create and maintain a competitive advantage in the market. Your role will help clients to strategically enhance their internal operating models to become a digitally connected enterprise. You will help CIOs make their function future ready. As part of a team

that applies skills in IT strategy and system implementation such as Oracle, you will help clients execute their transformation strategies with the technology best suited to their business, data, and information requirements as a functional or technical consultant. In addition to participating in pursuits and practice development, your day-to-day activities may include:

• Determine and analyze clients\' IT functional and technical needs
• Design and implement solutions to drive business led technology enabled transformations
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, partners, and customers in multiple areas
• Undertake or support configurations to tailor solutions to client needs
• Undertake or support technical activities such as data conversions, integrations, security etc.
• Work with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
• Work in teams and individually as needed, including international teams

What you bring to the role

For all service lines:

• You are enrolled in a university degree program (we will be considering candidates from a spectrum of programs such as business, commerce, science, mathematics, engineering, computer science, arts, etc.). Candidates graduating between April 2024 and August 2024 should apply.
• You are a highly motivated individual, enthusiastic to take on a variety of challenges and opportunities
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• You have a strong academic record
• You have the ability to work independently without supervision
• You have strong problem solving and analytical abilities, as well as a proven track record of successfully dealing with competing priorities and deadlines under pressure
• You have a strong sense of personal accountability
• You have an entrepreneurial drive, and are a creative problem solver

For the more technical service lines (Intelligent Automation, Enterprise Solutions - Workday & ServiceNow & Oracle & Microsoft/GenAI)

• Strong interest in Technology and a strong aptitude to learn quickly
• Understanding of programming languages; Strong Python, Squl, C++, and/or Java proficiency is an asset for certain teams.
• Ability to explain technical concepts and analytics to non-technical persons, as well as business processes, concepts, challenges and issues to technical persons.
