CONSTRUCTION OPERATORS AND LABOURERS RFNOW Inc. is a fast-growing, forward-thinking telecommunications company based in Virden, MB and we are set to rapidly expand our footprint throughout Saskatchewan. We are looking for motivated individuals interested in joining our Construction and Maintenance Team. You will help lay the foundation of our business through the land preparation, and installation of fibre internet infrastructure. RFNOW is rolling through Southeastern Saskatchewan and have opportunities available now! ? Construction Labourer positions from $24 to $26 per hour. ? Construction Operator positions require a class 1 or 3 licence and start at $30 to $35 per hour. General Responsibilities:

• Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment
• Conduct daily equipment inspections reports on equipment before use and report any repair issues or equipment hazards immediately
• Secure special attachments to equipment
• Assist with general labor duties when needed to complete fibre optic construction projects
• Transport materials to and from the jobsite, including loading and unloading
• Using proper tie-down procedures, secure materials to be transported to ensure the safety and security of the load
• Ensure that all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, and in compliance with company PPE standards
• Complete all required accurate paperwork daily, including daily site meeting, drivers logs, equipment daily inspection forms, attendance tracking.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• Excellent communication skill both verbal and written
• Experience with heavy equipment for underground construction (Backhoes, excavators, cat dozer directional drills, hydrovac, semi/trailers, dump trailer) would be considered an asset, but willing to train suitable applicants
• Must have valid Class 1 or 3 license for operator roles
• Experience with utility locates and working around existing utilities

Job Details:

• Full time, Monday to Friday
• Benefits package
• $30 - $35/hr depending on experience
• Boot and coverall allowance
