Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including setting up equipment and materials Carry out manual labor such as digging, lifting, and moving materials Support carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with their tasks Operate basic tools and equipment safely and correctly Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety Help with site cleanup and disposal of debris at the end of each workday

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills Basic understanding of construction safety procedures is a plus Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not required Must be able to pass any necessary background checks or drug screenings as required by the employer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
