Responsibilities
Execute construction painting tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Perform carpentry work, including framing, installation, and repairs as needed.
Utilize caulking techniques to seal gaps and ensure weatherproofing in structures.
Read and interpret blueprints to accurately follow project specifications.
Conduct general maintenance person duties, addressing maintenance and repair needs promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
Proven experience in construction painting, carpentry, and maintenance person services.
Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with caulking techniques and materials.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
