Construction Tender and Procurement Coordinator
to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
The Tender and Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for managing the tendering process, sourcing materials and subcontractors, and ensuring all procurement activities are completed efficiently and within budget. This position plays a key role in supporting project teams by coordinating bid submissions and maintaining supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, organize, and submit tender documents in accordance with client requirements.
Solicit, review, and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
Develop and maintain a database of qualified vendors and subcontractors.
Coordinate and track purchase orders, contracts, and delivery schedules.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project timelines.
Support the estimating and project management teams during the bidding and award phases.
Monitor cost performance and assist in cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tendering, estimating, or procurement within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of tender documentation, contract terms, and procurement procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and construction-related software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or Sage).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
