Positions Available:

Lead Hand

Responsibilities:

Lead and support team members on job sites Read plans, delegate tasks, and manage daily workflow Perform a wide range of skilled renovation tasks Communicate with clients and supervisors Ensure high-quality, timely completion of work

Qualifications:

Previous experience in renovations, carpentry, or construction Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Must be physically fit Valid driver's license
