Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Construction Supervisor

with a minimum of

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can efficiently manage job sites, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to Oberizon Homes' high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Supervision:

Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality and adherence to plans and specifications.

Team Leadership:

Manage subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers to maintain efficiency and high-quality work.
?

Scheduling & Coordination:

Plan and schedule work, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion.
?

Quality Control & Safety:

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
?

Client Communication:

Provide regular updates to clients and address any concerns to maintain customer satisfaction.
?

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly to keep projects on track.
?

Materials & Budget Management:

Monitor project costs and oversee the procurement of materials.

Requirements:

? Custom Build homes

and office improvements

? Strong leadership and communication skills
? Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
? Knowledge of BC Building Codes and construction safety regulations
? Proficiency in scheduling and project management software is an asset
? Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
