Civil Construction Supervisor

to oversee our field crews and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple crews, operators, and equipment on active job sites. Coordinate daily schedules, workforce allocation, and project milestones. Monitor budgets, track productivity, and support cost control efforts. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards. Conduct daily toolbox talks, enforce site safety requirements, and manage all required permits. Oversee shallow and deep utility installation with attention to quality and efficiency. Work closely with Project Managers, Field Superintendents, and Construction Managers to ensure alignment across all phases of the project. Coordinate delivery of materials and ensure required equipment is available and maintained. Report on project progress, issues, and risks to management.
Qualifications

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in civil construction, with supervisory or foreman experience. Strong knowledge of shallow and deep utility installation practices. Proven ability to manage multiple crews, equipment, and schedules effectively. Solid understanding of construction budgets, productivity tracking, and cost controls. Strong commitment to safety and experience leading toolbox talks and enforcing safety programs. Excellent communication and leadership skills for coordinating with both crews and management. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites.
