Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of construction management practices. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for managing teams, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and schematics.

Duties

Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety regulations Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project tracking and documentation Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with codes Manage project budgets by monitoring costs and assisting with construction estimating and budgeting processes Oversee scheduling activities, resource allocation, and progress reporting to ensure timely project delivery Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a safe work environment Prepare reports on project status, challenges, and solutions for stakeholders

Experience

Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction projects Strong proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and quality control procedures Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams of workers and subcontractors Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices in site supervision
