Construction Supervisor

Job Description
We are searching for full-time, residential Construction Supervisor.
Roles:
Meet building codes and ensure health and safety requirements on sites. Maintain construction sites cleanliness and safety from garbage, snow removal, and ensuring that access into and out of home sites are safe and clean. Perform deficiency repairs such as framing repairs, minor taping and paint repairs, install locks and etc. Require to make checklist on framing, insulation, and pre-occupancy per company's standard. Communicate with Construction manager, trades, suppliers, and clients. Other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
1 year of experience in residential construction. Driver license with clean driver's abstract. Computer skills

Strong verbal communication Knowledge of building code and safety code Team player Flexible Excellent oral communication Organized Ability to supervise Can work under pressure Supervise workers Able to read plans
