About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for high-profile commercial projects. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and direct all daily site operations, ensuring subcontractors perform to quality and schedule standards.

Organize and manage site logistics, inspections, and timely delivery of materials.

Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and keep the job site well-structured and efficient.

Lead regular site meetings and provide clear progress updates to the Project Manager.

Troubleshoot on-site challenges and verify compliance with project plans and specifications.

Actively monitor and adjust the project schedule to keep work on track each day.

Interpret contract documents and proactively manage all scopes of work.

Handle project close-out activities, including final inspections, capturing as-built changes, addressing deficiencies, coordinating warranty work, and overseeing site demobilization in collaboration with the Project Manager.

Serve as the primary liaison with building authorities and regulatory bodies.

Ensure all deficiencies are identified, coordinated, and resolved promptly.

Conduct internal walkthroughs to prepare for client handover.

Facilitate client reviews and ensure their satisfaction with completed work.

Supervise and confirm completion of any outstanding or warranty-related tasks

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Superintendent in Vertical commercial construction

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling

Proven leadership and collaboration skills

Proficiency in Microsoft office, Procore, MS Project, or similar tools

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $80,900.13-$100,000.00 per year
