Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Construction Spotter to join our team. As a Construction Spotter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of construction operations. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor the movement of heavy equipment and materials on-site, providing clear communication to operators and crew members to prevent accidents and ensure smooth workflow.

Duties

Monitor construction sites for safety compliance and potential hazards. Provide clear hand signals and verbal instructions to equipment operators. Assist in the safe movement of heavy machinery and materials. Conduct site inspections to identify safety concerns and report them promptly. Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during operations. Maintain communication with site supervisors regarding ongoing activities.

Seasonal: Starts next week ? Sept 15

Hours: Mon-Fri, 7 AM-5 PM

Pay: $23/hr + OT

Requirements: Advanced English & valid work permit

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 weeks

Pay: $23.00 per hour
