construction site-manager (f/m/d).

On-time and on-budget execution of high profile metal & glass projects Day-to-day organization & operations of building construction sites Schedule site activities in logical steps & time required to meet deadlines & budget Review and adaptation of installation concepts Deliver consistent & high quality work Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk ###

Strong supervisory and leadership skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Minimum of five years metals & glass structure construction experience Ability to manage construction sites in a hands-on fashion A positive attitude and willingness to equip and encourage co-workers Ability to critically look at craftsmanship Bilingual English/German a plus Authorized to legally work in Canada ###
