Position Overview

We are seeking an

experienced Construction Site Supervisor

to oversee and coordinate daily site operations on

commercial construction projects

, particularly

tenant fit-outs and leasehold improvements

. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years' hands-on commercial construction experience, with a proven ability to manage site activities, teams, and schedules while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities. Lead and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and trades to ensure productivity and quality. Manage daily scheduling, inspections, and documentation. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Maintain clear communication between site teams, project managers, and clients.

Must Have Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of commercial construction experience

, emphasizing

tenant fit-outs/leasehold improvements

. Minimum

3 years in a site supervision or management position

within a commercial construction environment. Completion and maintenance of required

Ministry of Labour certificates and training

, including: WHMIS Fall Arrest Basics of Supervisor Occupational Health & Safety Awareness for Supervisors Other certifications as required Knowledge of

local, provincial, and federal workplace compliance regulations

, ordinances, and legislation. Strong

interpersonal, written, verbal, and organizational skills

. Ability to build and maintain

positive relationships

with co-workers, clients, subtrades, and consultants. Proven ability to

manage multiple priorities

in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year
