Construction Site Supervisor


For over 30 years, SKR Homes has been a leader in high end custom home projects in the city of Toronto. We currently have an opening for a Construction Site Supervisor.

The key responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

Supervise job site and ensure trades are completing their scope of work in a timely manner and meet our high standards. Provide direction, train and support staff. Implement adherence to construction site safety standards, Ensure Health and Safety procedures are followed at all times for all staff (Occupational Health and Safety Act). Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the process. Understands the project plans, specifications and drawings. Communicate with sub?trades, contractors, suppliers, decor studio and customers, ensure consistent flow of information with everyone involved.
Qualifications:

3-5 years experience in site supervision, Preference to those with experience in residential custom homes. Punctuality and ability to ensure projects are being completed as directed and in high quality. Ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to interpret architectural/structural drawings. Knowledgeable in all areas of custom home building. Current WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid certificates Live within the GTA area.
