Construction Site Supervisor (NOC 72014)

Job Duties/Tasks:

Supervise workers and projects Co-ordinate and schedule activities of the workers Train or arrange for training Recommend personnel actions Requisition materials and supplies Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Write progress reports

Supervision:

Kitchen cupboard and vanity installers

Terms of Employment:

Permanent employment, Full- time

Wage:

$38.46 hourly / 35 to 44 hours per Week

Skills Requirements

Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in cabinet manufacturing and installation industry
