We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. This role requires effective communication with team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors and construction crews.
Review project plans, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of designs.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and reporting.
Conduct regular inspections of work performed to maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare construction estimates and assist in budgeting processes for projects.
Facilitate communication between all stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and team members.
Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
Skills:
Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
Experience with construction management software, particularly ProCore and Bluebeam.
Strong supervisory skills with a proven track record in managing teams effectively.
Knowledge of quality control practices within the construction industry.
Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and budgeting processes.
Ability to build strong relationships with team members and external partners.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of construction management.
