Job Requirements:

7-10 years progressive experience in General Contracting as a Superintendent or Site Supervisor. Ability to run commercial, light-industrial, mid-sized projects valued at $1M-$10M with limited supervision. All-weather construction experience on ground-up projects. Trades background (carpentry, concrete, finishing, service or special projects work) is preferred. Ability to read prints, measurements and layouts. Competency in areas of safety, administration, workforce management, cost/quality control, administration, and project execution. A strong understanding of other trades and disciplines as they relate to workforce planning and site coordination activities. Proficiency with computers, email communications, progress reports, and online safety tools/forms. Project management skills and understanding of core principles construction (safety, budget, schedule, & SOWs) Demonstrated strategic planning, problem-solving and risk mitigation skills. Your relationship building skills and collaborative approach have allowed you to build trust and grow your network of professional and innovative partners. Ability to manage difficult situations with positive results.
