to manage and lead crews on fast paced job sites. You will be responsible for directing staff and coordinating trade partners, managing and ordering material, compiling budgets, updating stake holders on timelines and meeting critical deadlines
Full Time - 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with some weekends and overtime as required
Tasks
On Site Management:
Ensure safety requirements and guidelines are being followed
Coordinating and overseeing in-house crew(s), sub trades, inspectors, owners etc.
Reporting to Lead Project Manager in regards to project status, timelines and budget
Reviewing project documents (drawings, specifications, budgets, etc.) and ensuring completeness and accuracy through life cycle of project
Working Conditions
This is a permanent, full time, year-round position
Outdoor and indoor working sites, year round
Heavy lifting may be required
Compensation
$35 - 45 per hour; Wage will be based on experience

Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Driver's License required
Previous construction experience and knowledge is a must
Previous experience in a leadership and/or management position is preferred
