Job Description

Required immediately.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Daily supervision of all site operations

- Daily logs and completion of all related job reports

- Prepare and maintain project schedule with Subcontractors/suppliers

- Ensure the quality and completion of all trades

- Monitor and regulate all safety policies

- Ability to read blueprints and all associated project documents

- Minimum 5-10 years Site Superintendent Experience + Carpentry Experience

- Excellent command of the English language both oral/written

- Ability to interpret and build according to Mechanical / Electrical drawings, specifications, and other documents.

- Other related duties

- Must have a valid driver's license

- Must have Standard First Aid - CPR A - AED certificate

- Salary commensurate with experience

- Must be will to travel to job sites with-in and surrounding the GTA

- Salary: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
